Learned to cook from my grandparents, for me cooking and eating is celebrating love for life and family. Studied International politics and History at University and professional in tourism, I decided to focus my life on what really passionate me. I am Sommelier and founded a little company in Rome that organizes amazing foodie experiences.

What makes your tours different to others?

What people says about my tours is my best reward. My foodie experiences are authentic and able to make you feel immediately part of the city. I am helped by a group of amazing ladies , all of them locals and passionate like me. Rather then a job this is a mission for us: giving foodies travelling in Rome the highlight of their staying.

What do you like most/least about your city?

Rome is a Mother for local people. The City itself is an open-sky marvellous museum. Works of art and memories of the past at every corner. Every day is a miracle of beauty even if caothic and challenging often, Rome is always ready to provide you a new emotion. Not only, people of Rome are very particular, I'll show you our sense of humour and lifestyle, friendly and naive, you will never feel lonely in this town. Food is fantastic and there are a plenty of Restaurants, bars, grocery stores, food markets, wine bars that offers the best of seasonal and organic food for any kind of budget.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?

I travelled a lot but is never enough. All the world is amazing, but what I'd really like to do is to travel to meet several of the foodies I met in the past three years on my events sharing time at their place. Travelling for me is experiencing everyday life with locals.

What’s the one thing you can’t live without?

My family (humans and not-humans:), health, good food and wine, music, sunshine, sea, freedom to find my way, creativity, curiosity.

What’s your favorite smell?
